That for said period of twenty-five years no building, designated to be occupied by more than one family shall be built more than two <br /> stories high on any lot in said plat without the written consent of the first party. <br /> 8. That for said period of twenty-five years no more than one dwelling house shall be constructed on any lot in said plat without the written <br /> consent of the first party. <br /> 9.
