<br />Thi s deed of conveyance being subject to the following reservations and restrictions,which
<br />aid reservations and restrictions are to be construed as covenants running with the land,to-wit
<br />- 1.None-of said lots shall be conveyed to;used, owned, nor occupied by negroes as owner or tenant.
<br />2.For a period of twenty-five years from October 1,1921,.first party shall have the right to
<br />ecuire plans for the exterior'design of any -building or structure to be erected upon any lot in
<br />aid plat to be first submitted to and approved by an expert acceptabla to first party.
<br />3.That for said period of tilventy-five years no building on any lot in said plat shall be -used
<br />of other than -residence purposes without written consent of the first party.

<br />lots or.),any lots in. said ,plat and that no barn or outhouse or garage shall be- constructed upon sa d
<br />plat or any lot in* the plat wit.,hout written consent of the party of the first part as to its )
<br />necessity apd location.
<br />71. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected .upon substantially t e
<br />site indic-ated' foV- the swine upon the map of said. First and Second Additions to Shorewood prepee=ed
<br />by 0 , C . Simonds and Company.- -
<br />8. It is further understood and agreed that the party of the first part will,not later. than
<br />September 1, 1924, construct on the street in front of this lot,a road of concrete or macadem wit
<br />tarvia filler,of, a minimum width of 12 feet; this road to be paved at the expense of the party
<br />of the first part. '
<br />9.It is further understood and agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way to the
<br />lake on outlots two and three in Shorewood; the location of said right of way to be designated by
<br />party of the first part.
