<br />line of structure erected on these premises shall not be nearer than twenty feet to any street
<br />abutting on these premises.
<br />Second: That during said period of twenty-five (25) years no out buildings of any kind
<br />shall be erected on these premises more than one story in height.
<br />Third: That -these premises shall not be sold,leased or conveyed to persons of African
<br />blood for a period of Twenty-five years from date thereof.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
