<br /> pied by negroes as owner or tenant. 2. For a period of twenty-five years from Octobe�1, 1921,first
<br /> party shall have the right to require plans f0Y. the exterior design of any building or structure
<br /> to bs erected upon any lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by an expert accep-
<br /> table to first party. 3.That for/said�eriod of twenty-five years no building on any lot in said
<br /> plat shall be used for other than residence purposes without written consent of the first party.
<br /> 4. That for said period of twenty-five years no building previously erected elsewhere shall be
<br /> moved upon any lot in said plat. 5. That for said period of twenty-five years no more than one
<br /> dwelling house '%hall be constructed on any lot in said plat without the written consent of the
<br /> first party. 6.During said twenty-five year per-lod it is agreed that no wind mill be constructed
<br /> upon said lots or any lot in said plat and that .no barn or outhouse or garage shall be construc-
<br /> ted upon said plat or any lot in the plat without written consent of the party of the first part
<br /> as to its necessity and location. 7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot shall
<br /> be erected upon substantially the site indicated for the same upon the map of said First and
<br /> Second Addition to Shorewood prepared by .O. C.Simonds and Company. It is further understood and
<br /> agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way to the lake on Outlots Two(2)& Three(3)in
<br /> Shorewood the location of said right of way to be designated by party of the first part.
<br /> Together with all and singular the hereditaments and.appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
<br /> right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of,
<br /> in and to the above bargained premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
