During said twenty-five year period it is agreed that no. wind trnill be constructed upon said lots <br />or any lot in said plat and that, no barn or outhouse or garage shall -be constructed upon said plat <br />of any lot in the plat without wnitten consent of the party of the first part as to its necessity <br />and location. <br />7. That the dwellint! house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected upon substantially the sate <br />indicated for the sane upon the map of said First and Second additions to Shorewood prepared by <br />O.
