<br />2. For a period of twenty-five years from i',ctober, l;,. 1921, first party shall have the right to require
<br />plans for the exterior desgin of any building or structure to be erected upon any lot in said plat to be
<br />filrsV submitted to and approved by an expert acdeptablea to first party. 3. That for said period of
<br />twenty-five years no building on any lot in said plat shall be used for other than residence purposes
<br />without written consent of the first party. 4. That for said period of twenty-five years no building
<br />previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat. 5. That for said period of twenty-
<br />five years not` more than one dwelling house shall be constructed on any lot in said plat without
<br />written consent of the first party. 6. During said twenty-five year petiod it is agreed that no wind-
<br />mill be constructed upon said lots or any -lot in said plat and that no barn or outhouse or garage shall
<br />be constructed upon said plat or any lot in the plat without the written consent of the party of the
<br />first part as to its necessity and location. 7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot -
<br />shall be erected upon substantially the site indicated for the same upon the map of said First and
<br />Second Additions to Shorewood prepared by ('.C.Simonds and Company. It is further understood and agreed
<br />that the owner of this lot has a right of way to the lake on CutlOts Two(2)ix-Three(3)in Shorewood, the
<br />location of said right of way to ba deslgna, ed by' party of tha first part.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
