<br />any lot in the plat without written consent of the Eagles Heights Land Company, as to its necessitA

<br />Second, It is further understood and agreed tha the owner of this lot has a right of way to the
<br />lake on Outlots Two(2)and Three(3)in Shorewood, theloeation of said righty of way to be designated
<br />by said Eagle Heights Land Company.
<br />This conveyance is 'made to George Kroncke, Trustee as security for a certain collateral loan.
