<br />and restrictions hereinafter stated, rhieb said reservations and restrictions are to be
<br />construed as covenants running with the land, to -wit:
<br />1. None of said lots shall be conveyed to, used, owned, nor occupied by negroes as
<br />ovmer or tenant.
<br />2. For a period of twanty-five years from October 1, 1921, first party shall have the
<br />right to require plans for the exterior design of any building, or structure to be erected
<br />upon any lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by an exert acceptable to
<br />first party.
<br />3. That for said pariod of twenty-five years no building on any lot in said plat shall
<br />be used for other than residence purposes without written consent of the first party.
<br />4. That for said period of twenty --five years no building previously erected elsewhere
<br />shall be moved upon any lot in said plat.
<br />5. That for said period of twenty five years no more than one dwelling house shall be
<br />constructed upon each of the above described parcels.
<br />6. During said tNventy=five year period it is agreed that no wind mill be c3onstructed
<br />upon said lots or any lot in said plat and that no barn or outhouse or garaga shall be
<br />constructed upon said plat or any lot in the plat without written consent of the party of
<br />the first part as to its necessity and location.
<br />7. That the dwelling houses to be erected upon said lots shall be erected upon the sites
<br />indicated by first party but in no case shall they be nearer than twenty (20) feet from the
<br />front Line of said lots.
<br />it is further understood and, agreed that the owner of these lots has a right of way
<br />to the lake on Outlots Two (2) & Three (8) in Shorewood; the location of said riglit of way
<br />to be designated by party of the first part.
