<br />that no building shall be erected or constructed on Lots Five (5) and Six (8), Block B.

<br />County, Viseonsin, which shall be nearer than 'ten (V feet to the following described lines
<br />"A, line commencing at a point on the North Line of the Old Shore Road rive and thirty-nine

<br />And the foregoing shall be construed. as a covenant running with the laildo
<br />Provided# however, that this deed of conveyance_ehall be subject to the reservations and
<br />restrictions hereinafter stated which said, reservations and restrictions are to be
<br />construed as covenants running with the land and -for the benefit of and enforceable by
<br />the owner or owners of WV lot or lots adjoining Or in the neighborhood of the premises
<br />hereby conveyedp derizing title from or through the said North Bair Comparw* as well as
<br />the parties hereto, to wit: '
<br />1, None of said lots shall be conveyed too used, own0d or occupied by negroes as
<br />owner or tenant.
<br />2, No intoxicating liquors shall ever be manufactured or sold on the premises hereby
<br />conveyed,
<br />3, For a period of twenty-five years from January 1, A•D„ 1927# the first party shall
<br />have the right to require plans for the exterior design: of asV building or structure to
<br />be erected upon any lot in said Replat to be first transmitted to and approved by an
<br />expert acceptable to the party of the first part# it being intended that such expert shall
<br />consider the character of such proposed building with reference to the character and
<br />arrangement of other buildings in said Replat,
<br />4& That for said period of twenty-five years no building erected on said premises
<br />h6reby conveyed shall be used for other than residence purposes or as a private garage
<br />without the written consent of the party of the first part,
<br />5, That for said period of twenty-five years no building previously erected.elsewhere
<br />shall be moved upon azW lot in said Replat,
<br />6, That for said period of twenty-five years no more than one dwelling house shall
<br />be constructed on the premises hereby conveyed without the written consent of the party
<br />of the first parts
<br />"7. That for said period of twenty-five years no building previously erected elsewhere
<br />shall be ,moved upon the premises brebr conveyed without the written consent of the party
<br />of the first part.
<br />8, That for said period of twenty-five years, no wind mill# barn# outhouse# or
<br />privy shall be constructed or orected upon said premises hereby conveyed without the
<br />written consent of the party of the first part except such -structures as are necessary
<br />for temporary use during the -construction of a residence.
