None of said lots shall be conveyed to, used, owned, nor occupied by negroes as <br />owner or tenant. <br />2, For a period of twenty-five years from October 19 19219 Eagle Heights Land Company <br />shall have the right to require plans for the exterior design of any building or structure <br />to be erected upon any lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by an expert <br />acceptable to said Eagle Heights Land Co=aa v, ��r c(gJ <br />4 <br />3. That for said period of twen�-five years no building on any lot in sail plat shall <br />be used for other than residence purposes without written consent of the hale Heights Land <br />Company, <br />4, That for said period of twenty-five years no building previously erected elsevrhere <br />shall be moved upon any lot In said plat. <br />5, That for said period of twenty --five years no more than one dwelling house shall be <br />constructed on any lot in said plat without the written consent of the Eagle Heights Land. <br />Company, <br />6. Ihring said twenty-five year period it is agreed that no wind mill be constructed <br />upon said lots or any lot in said plat and that no barn or outhouse or garage shall be <br />constructed upon said plat or any lot in the plat without the written consent of the Eagle <br />.Heights Land Company, as to its necessity and location. <br />7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected upon sub- <br />stantially the site indicated for the same upon the map of said first and Second Additions <br />to Shorewood prepared by O. Ce Simonds and Company. <br />It is further understood and agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way <br />to the lalm on 0aat1ots Two (2) & Three (3) in Shorewood; the location of said right of way <br />to be designated by said Eagle Heights Land Companyo <br />appertaining; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said part of the <br />first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of, in and to the above bargained premises, and <br />their hereditaments and appurtenances. <br />To Have and to Hold the said premises as above described with the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto <br />i the said part y of the second part, and to hi,s heirs and assigns FOREVER. <br />And the said Nicholas J.
