<br />This contract -is givenn subject to the followirg restriettons:
<br />First: For a period of Twenty-five (25)years from Jeptember 8, 1911, the porch and other line
<br />of structure erected on these premises shall not 'ie nearer than twenty (201) feet to any
<br />street abutting these premises.
<br />Second: That during said period of twenty-five years no outbuildings of any kind shall be
<br />erected on these premis®s more than one story in height.
<br />Third' This contract phall not be assigned, or said premises sold, leased or conveyed to
<br />persons of African blood for a period of twenty-five(25) years from the date hereof.
<br />Fourth: The purchaser agrees to pay the cost of filling the lots described herein and one-
<br />half of the cost of filling the street in front of the lots. The purchaser is to pay same
<br />price per cubic yard for filling as the Company pays for its filling and agrees to pay as
<br />soon as the filling is completed, but the cast is not to exceed 20¢ per cubic yard.

<br />delivery of these presents it is well seized of the premises above described, as of a good, sure, perfect, ab-
<br />solute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in the law, in fee simple, and that the same are free and clear
