That for the period of twenty-five (25) years no building on <br />any lot in said plat shall be used for other than residence purposes with- <br />out the written consent of the Eagle Heights Lend Company, <br />4. That for said period of twenty-five (25) years no building <br />previously erected elawhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat; <br />
