<br />that this deed of conveyanoe shall be suhject to t e reserva ions an

<br />restrictions hereina±ter stated, which said reservations and restrictions
<br />are to be construed as covenants running with the land, to -wit;
<br />1. None of said lots shall be --conveyed to, used, owned, nor
<br />occupied by negroes as owner or tenant.
<br />2. For a period of twenty-five years from October 1, 1921, Eagle
<br />�Ieights Land Company shall have the right to required plans for the exter-
<br />ior design of any building or structure to be erected upon any lot in said
<br />plat to be first submitted -to and approved by an expert acceptable to the
<br />Edg1b 1�eights band Company;
<br />3. That for the period of twenty-five (25) years no building on
<br />any lot in said plat shall be used for other than residence purposes with-
<br />out the written consent of the Eagle Heights Lend Company,
<br />4. That for said period of twenty-five (25) years no building
<br />previously erected elawhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat;
