<br />1) Except as specifically stated or shown on this plat, this survey does not purport to reflect any of

<br />4) Surveyor has made no investigation or independent search for easements of record, encumbrances,
<br />restrictive covenants, ownership title evidence, or any other facts that an accurate and current title
<br />search may disclose.

<br />5) All buildings, and surface and subsurface improvements on and adjacent to the site are not
<br />necessarily shown hereon.
<br />
<br />6) Only trees 12" in diameter or greater have been located as a part of this survey. All other trees,
<br />hedges and ground cover on the site are not shown hereon.
<br />
<br />7) Elevations are based upon USGS datum using the published elevation of Lake Kegonsa as shown
<br />on USGS web site for that same day. (The published datum height recorded at the time water was
<br />located, 3.02', was added to the gage height of 840.00' per web site data.)
<br />
<br />8) The water elevation of Lake Kegonsa at the time of this survey was 843.02'.
<br />
<br />9) The mean high water mark elevation of 844.27' for Lake Kegonsa was determined on a previous
<br />survey performed by me on June 07, 2004.

<br />Government Lots 1 & 2, of Section 19, Township 06 North, Range 11 East, Township of Pleasant Springs,
<br />Dane County, Wisconsin.
