<br />WHEREAS said A. 0. Bred.4 has heretofore executed and
<br />delivered, to said lcXonna, a land oo4tract for the conveyance' of
<br />the real estate hereinafter described on payment of the purchase
<br />price of $6695.00, which.contraot was dated September 19, 1928
<br />and recorded in 'thq,, ogfice of the Register of Deeds for Dane
<br />County, Wisconsin, oA.November 71 1928, in Volume 85 of Miscell-
<br />r ,i.t•rd
<br />aneous, page 16;
<br />AND WHEREAS it was the intention of said Edna Bfeuch,
<br />wife of A. C. Breuch, to join in said contract as a party of
<br />the first part therein, and she did sign and acknowledge the
<br />instrument, by the name Mrs. A. C. Breuch, but through clerical
<br />error was not named in the body of the instrument;
<br />AND WHEREAS said McKenna has paid $1,000 plus interest
<br />on account of the purchase price as provided by said contract,
<br />and the balance remaining unpaid is the sum of $5695 with interest
<br />from March 19, 1929; amounting in all to $5893.48 on the date of
<br />this instrument;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, said John C. MacKenna, party of the
<br />second part, hereby agrees and binds himself and his legal
<br />representatives to pay, or cause to be paid, to the said A. C.
<br />Breuch, party of the first part, his heirs or assigns, the sum of
<br />$5893.48, in the manner following: $698.48 on October 19, 1929,
<br />and the balance of $5195 payable $500 or more each six months
<br />commencing March 19, 1930, with interest upon all unpaid balances
<br />at the rate of 6% per annum, payable semi-annually; all of the
<br />balance, of principal and interest remaining unpaid on September
<br />19, 1931 to be paid on that -day. The said payments to be made
<br />to A. d. Breuch, at Madison, Wisconsin, and the safre.,being
<br />intended to apply, when fully completed, as the purchase money
<br />for the following tract, piece or parcel of land, situated in
<br />the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:
<br />Lot Thirty-Fourci(34), First Addition to Shorewood,
<br />formerly. in the Town of Madison, now in the Village of
<br />Shorewood Hills, Dezie County-, Wisconsin, according to the
<br />recorded plat thereof
<br />Pxokided however!, that �'his agreement and the said
<br />deed of oonveyance shall -be subject to the reservations
<br />and .reztxictions hereinafter seated, which said reserva-
<br />tions and restrictions are to be construed -as covenants
