<br />First, That the said part ies o the second 3art hereby agree and bind themselves
<br />their legal representatives, to pay, or cause to be paid to the said parties of the first part, their
<br />heirs or assigns, the sum of Twenty-three Hundred ($2300) -----------------Dollars,

<br />interest has been paid in full, the parties of the first part agree to
<br />give to the parties of the second part a warranty deed with an abstract
<br />of title showing good and merchantable title to each of the above des-
<br />cribed lots, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, ex-
<br />cept now existing restrictions in said plat.
<br />The said payments to be made to the part ies of the first part, at Madison , Wisconsin
<br />and the same being intended to apply, when fully completed, as the purchase money for the following
<br />tract, piece or parcel of land, situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (S), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven
<br />(11) and Twelve (12) Block Two (2) of Elmhurst_9in the Town of Blooming
<br />Grove, according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />This Agreement is entered into subject to the following restrictions:
