This property is described from this retracement survey of the previous surveys made in 1964, Alex Ely Map NQ. 4641 and in 1984, Royal Oak Map No. 11389 as follows to wit: Part of the NE Y. of the SE ~ of Section 34, T 5 N, R 12 E, Town of Albion, Dane County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the aluminum monument at the E ~ comer of said Section 34; thence S 89003' 55" W on the E-W ~ line, 168,30' to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 01000' 25" E, 311.00'; thence S 890 03' 55" W, 200.00'; thence N 010 00' 25" W, 311.00' to the E- W ~ line; thence N 890 03' 55" E, 200.00' to the POINT OF BEGINNING. This parcel as surveyed and described contains 1.428 acres to the E- W ~ line and 1.1942 acres to the road right of way line for Lake Drive Road. This parcel is subject to the right of way easement for Lake Drive Road over the north 33' thereofand subject to any easements for existing utilities recorded or by prescriptive rights.
