<br />Commencing at the chisel cross in the concrete sidewalk at the northwest comer of said Outlot 59 and
<br />being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence S 75029' E on the south line of Main
<br />Street, 3.38' to a %" rerod stake; thence continue S 75029' E on said south line, 30.46' to a concrete
<br />walk; thence SOUTHWESTERL Y along the westerly edges of concrete sidewalk described by the
<br />following courses:
