Paulson, Registered Land Surveyor do hereby certify that by the direction of Randy Alsmo, I have surveyed, monumented and mapped a part of the NW ~ of the NW ~ of Section 17, Town 9 North, Range 10 East, Village of DeForest, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Parcel "A" Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 17; thence N88030'00"E, 929.46 feet along the north line of the NW ~ of Section 17 to a point on a curve; thence along the arc of said curve to the right that is parallel with the east right- of-way line of the Soo Line Rail Road (formerly the Chicago Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Rail Road) with a radius of 11,716.11 feet, a central angle of 1003'00 and a long chord of S06033'40"E, 214.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said curve to the right with a radius of 11,716.11 feet, a central angle of 1009'58" and a long chord of S05027'11 "E, 238.38 feet; thence N87052'41"W (recorded as N87050'34''W), 160.17 feet to a point on a curve; thence along the arc of said curve to the left that is parallel with the east right- of-way line of said Soo Line Rail Road (formerly the Chicago Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Rail Road) with a radius of 11,656.40 feet, a central angle of 01009'12" and a long chord of N05028'58"W, 234.57 feet (recorded as N05028'45"W, 234.49 feet); thence N88029'10"E, 59.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
