GROTHMAN, Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that by the order of James Slattery, I <br />have surveyed, monumented, and mapped a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section <br />33, Town 9 North, Range 7 East, Town of Roxbury, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the east quarter corner of said Section 33; <br />thence North 89047'55" West along the east - west quarter line of said Section 33, 2,897.90 feet to the southwest <br />corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map, No. 3064 and the point of beginning; <br />thence continuing North 89047'55" West along the east - west quarter line of said Section 33, 210.69 feet; <br />thence North 00054'14" West, 466.32 feet; <br />thence South 72031 '44" East along the south line of said Lot 1,224.11 feet; <br />thence South 00036'46" East along the west line of said Lot 1,399.74 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 91,696 square feet, (2.11 acres), more or less.
