<br />South line of the said Southwest 1/4, S87006'OO"W, 438.28 feet; Thence N25034'OO"E, 833.98 feet; Thence
<br />S04007'31 "E, 431.66 feet; Thence S07022'31 "E, 227.58 feet to a point on a curve; Thence along a curve to the left
<br />having a radius of 365.00 feet and a long chord bearing and distance of S 13020'55"E, 75.97 feet to a point on the
