<br />Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Section 18;
<br />thence South 00024'10" West along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 18, 302.12 feet;
<br />thence North 77002'10" East, 686.51 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 1. Mendota Estates;
<br />thence North 77008'40" East along the north line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Mendota Estates, 180.06 feet to the southwest
<br />corner of Lot 1. Certified Survey Map. No. 7083 and the point of beginning;

<br />edge of Lake Mendota and the end of said meander line along said lake;

<br />meander line herein described and the water's edge of Lake Mendota lying between the true easterly extensions of the
