<br />located In part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7 and the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Town 7 North, Range 9 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as
<br />follows:

<br />Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Section 18;
<br />thence South 00024'10" West along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 18, 302.12 feet;
<br />thence North 77002'10" East, 686.51 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 1, Mendota Estates;
<br />thence North 77008'40" East along the north line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Mendota Estates, 180.06 feet to the southwest
<br />corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map, No. 7083 and the point of beginning;
<br />thence North 49043'22" West along the west line of said Lot 1, 21.01 feet;
<br />thence Northeasterly along a 50.00 foot radius curve to the left in the west line of said Lots 1 and 2 having a central

<br />12 feet more or less from the water's edge of Lake Mendota and the beginning of a meander line along said lake;

<br />thence South 33013'15" East along said meander line, 104.75 feet to a point In the north line of Lot 4, Block 1, Mendota
<br />Estates and the south line of said Lot 1, said point bearing South 77008'40" West, 53 feet more or less from the water's
<br />edge of Lake Mendota and the end of said meander line along said lake;
<br />thence South 77008'40" West along the north line of said Lots 4, 5, and 7, Block 1, Mendota Estates and the north line of
<br />Lot 4, Certified Survey Map, No. 7083 and the south line of said Lot 1, 373.10 feet to the point of beginning;
<br />Containing 44,286 square feet, (1.02 acres), more or less. And intending to Include all lands lying between the
<br />meander line herein described and the water's edge of Lake Mendota lying between the true easteriy extensions of the
<br />northerly and southerly lines herein described and being subject to servitudes and easements of use or record if any.
