For a period of twenty-five (25) years from and after November Gth, <br />1926, party of the First part herein shall have the right to require that <br />plena for the exterior design of any building or structure to be erected in <br />the -said plat be first submitted to and approved by an expert suitable to <br />the party of the first part, or its successors* <br />3.
