<br />It is expressly understood and agreed that two dwellings may be built on lot 219, the
<br />location however of said dwelliirgs, subject to the approval of 0. C. Simonds and Co..
<br />It is further understood and agreed that the Suburban holding Co, reserves a 10 foot
<br />right of way over and along, the extreme north line of Lot 219 to be used only as rear
<br />aocess to Lots 217 and 215. This lot also has. a right of way over the East 1/2 of Lots
<br />219 and 220 and 221 to and from Topping :Roo',d and Oast W617, said right of way being 10
<br />feet in width along the extreme North line of said to.ts.
<br />Provided, however, t�e this deed of conveyance shall be subject to the reservations
<br />and restrictions herein s &fed, which eaid reservations and restrictions are to be'con-
<br />stru,ed as covenants running with land to -wit.
<br />1.. None of said lot shall be conveyed to, used, owned, nor occupied by negroes as
<br />otm.e r or tenant.
<br />2. For a period of 25 years From October 1, 1921, Suburban. Holding Company shall have
<br />the right to require plans for the exterior design of any building or structure to be
<br />erected upon any lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by an expert
<br />acceptable to said Suburban Bolding Company.
<br />3. That for said period of 25 years no building on any lot in said plat sba,ll be used
<br />for other than residential purposes without written consent of the Suburban Holdin;,; Co..
<br />4. That for said period of 25 years no building previously erected elsewhere shall be
<br />moved upon any lot in said plat. o
<br />5. That for said period of 25 years/more than one dwelling house shall be constructed
<br />on any lot in said plat without written consent of the Suburban Holding Company.
<br />6. During said 25 year period it is agreed that no windmill be constructed upon
<br />said lots or any lot in said plat and that no barn or outhouse or parade aha 11 be con-
<br />structed upon said plat or any lot in the plat without written consent of the Suburban Hold-
<br />ing Company.
<br />7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected upon sub-
<br />stantially the site indicated for the same upon the reap of said Third Addition to Shorewood
<br />prepared by O. C. Simonds and Company.
