<br />building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in i

<br />5. For a period of twenty- five years from and after July 11 1929, no
<br />windmill, barn, garage or other outhomee shall be ooxlstructid upon any lot
<br />in the said plat without the written consent of the party of the first
<br />part as to its necessity and location,
<br />6. For an period of twenty-five years from and after July 1,.19291 not
<br />more than one dwelling house shall be constructed upon any lot in the.
<br />said plat without the written consent of the party of the first part. t
