<br />erected elsewhere shall be moved upon said lot.
<br />5. That for said period of twenty-five years not more than one
<br />dwelling house shall be constructed on said lot without the written con-
<br />sent of the first party.
<br />6. *wring said twenty-five year period it is agreed that no wind-
<br />mill be constructed upon said lot and that no barn or outhouse or gar-
<br />age shall be constructed upon said lot without the written consent of
<br />the party of the first part as to its necessity and location.
<br />Cogetjer with all and singular the hereditarnents and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
<br />appertaining; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party
<br />of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of, in and to the above bargain-
<br />ed premises and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
