<br />First: For a period of Twenty-five (2.) years from September 8, 1911,
<br />the porch and other line of structure erected on these premises shall
<br />not be nearer than twenty (201) feet to any street abutting these
<br />premises.
<br />Second: That during; said period of twenty-five years no outbu!ldinps
<br />of any kind shall be erected on these premises more than one stcry in
<br />height
<br />Third: Th.,s contract shall not be ass.gned, or said premises sold,
<br />leased or conveyed to persons of African blood for a period of twenty-
<br />i'ive (25) years from the date hereof-
