<br />to her in hand paid by the said part y of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
<br />and acknowledged, ha s given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed,
<br />and by these presents do es give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey, and confirm unto the said
<br />part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate, situated

<br />subject to the reservations and restrictions hereinafter set forth,
<br />which restrictions and reservations are intended to be uniforr, ii; all
<br />conveyances of land in the said plat and to be for ti,e protection
<br />and benefit of all lots in the said plat and are intended to be c-)v—
<br />enants running; with the land, to -wit:
<br />1. No land in the said plat shall ever be conveyed to, leased to,
<br />u ed, owned or occupied by negroes.
<br />2. For a period of twenty-five years from and after July 1, 1929,
<br />party of the first part herein shall have the right to re. --quire tna.t ola.ns
<br />for the exterior design of any building or structure to be erected in the
<br />said slat be first submitted to and. approved by an ex -pert suitable to the
<br />-oa.rty of the first part.
<br />3. For a. period of twenty-five years from and after July 1, 1929, no
<br />buildin- in the said plat shall be used for any other than residence
<br />purposes without t.e written consent of the party of the fisct pn.rt.
<br />4. For a neriod of twenty-five years from and after July 1, 1929, no
<br />building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in the
<br />said plat.
<br />5. For P. period of t�.renty-five years from and ai,ter July 1, 1929,
<br />not more than one dwelling; house sl -.all be constructed upon any lot in the
<br />said plat without the written consent of the party of the first nnrt.
<br />6. Fora period of tiventy-five years from and after July 1, 1929, no
<br />windmill, barn, garage or other outhouse shall be constructed upon any lot
<br />in the said plat without the written consent of the party of the first
<br />part as to its necessity and looation
