That for said period of twenty-five years no building on said lot <br />shall be used for other than residence purposes without written con- <br />sent of the first parties. <br />4. That for said period of twbnty-five years no building previously <br />erected elsewhere shall be moved upon said lot without written con- <br />sent of the first parties. <br />5. That for said period of twenty-five years not more than one dwelling <br />house shall be constructed an said lot without the written consent <br />of the first parties. <br />6.
