<br />appointed by the party of the first parte his executors, administrators, or
<br />heirs.

<br />60 The restrictions herein set forth are provided for the benefit of all
<br />persons interested in said Countryside Addition, and may be enforced b17
<br />any person, farm, or corporation having an interest therein.
