<br />of said Lot Four (4), said point being the Easterly corner of land
<br />heretofore sold to Ben C. Druliner, thence Northeasterly along the
<br />Westerly line of said Avenue a distance of Sixty (60) feet, thence
<br />Northwesterly to the waters edge of Lake Monona at a point Six and
<br />'8/10 (6.8) feet Northeasterly from the Westerly corner of said Lot
<br />Three (3), thence Southwesterly along the waters edge a distance
<br />of Sixty (60) feet to the Northerly corner of said Ben C. Druliner
<br />land, thence Southeasterly on the Northeasterly line of said Ben 0.
<br />Druliner land to the place of beginning, also known as Outlot Six
<br />(6) of Assessor's Flat of .the Tovm of Blooming Grove, Dated March 30,
<br />1934, recorded August 7, 1934, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />for Dane County, Wisconsin, instrument #559674.
<br />This deed Is given subject to the following restrictions:
<br />1st. For a period of Twenty-five (25) years from September 8, 1911,
<br />the porch and other line of structure erected on these premises shall
<br />not be nearer than Twenty (20) feet to any street abutting these
<br />premises.
<br />2nd. That during said period of Twenty-five (25) years no outbuildings
<br />of any kind shall be erected on these premises more than one (1) story
<br />in height.
<br />3rd. That this property shall not be sold, leased or conveyed to per-
<br />sons of African blood for a period of Twenty-five (25) years from the
<br />date hereof. -.
<br />Sogetiler, with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
<br />appertaining and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said part lea
<br />of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of, in and to the above bargain-
<br />ed premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
