For a period of Twenty-five (25) years from September 8, 1911, <br />the porch and other line of structure erected on these premises shall <br />not be nearer than Twenty (20) feet to any street abutting these <br />premises. <br />2nd. That during said period of Twenty-five (25) years no outbuildings <br />of any kind shall be erected on these premises more than one (1) story <br />in height. <br />3rd.
