Prairie, Dane County, Wisconsin, to have said login said Plat subject to certain restrictions, and WHEREAS, the boundaries of said 3'lat are described in said Plat as recorded on Page_<-,�of Volume IQ of tUe Book Of Plats, in the office of the Register of Deeds, :Gane County, Wisconsin. NO'ud, THEREFORE, Kror_cke Incorporated, a idisconsin Corporation, does hereby agree ulith future purchasers of lots in said Plat of Kronckets Addition to the Village of Sun Prairie that all deeds to lots in said Plat and executed by it, will be subject to the following restrictions: (1). Lots in the Plat of Kroncke's Addition to the Village of Sun Prairie shall be known and described as Residential Lots and shall be strictly used for residential purl)oses and no structures shall be erected, altered, placed, or periitted to remain on any said residential lot in said Plat other than one detached single-family duelling, not to exceed two stories in uei'*L.t and a private garage for not more tizam two cars.
