150 3 �`a 16 <br />iMREAS, Kronc.ke Incorporated, the owner of the real <br />estate hereinafter described, desires to file for record the Plat <br />of Kroncke Addition to the Village of Sten. Prairie, Dane County, <br />Wisconsin, to have said login said Plat subject to certain <br />restrictions, and <br />WHEREAS, the boundaries of said 3'lat are described in <br />said Plat as recorded on Page_<-,�of Volume IQ of tUe Book <br />Of Plats, in the office of the Register of Deeds, :Gane County, <br />Wisconsin. <br />NO'ud, THEREFORE, Kror_cke Incorporated, a idisconsin <br />Corporation, does hereby agree ulith future purchasers of lots in <br />said Plat of Kronckets Addition to the Village of Sun Prairie that <br />all deeds to lots in said Plat and executed by it, will be subject <br />to the following restrictions: <br />(1). Lots in the Plat of Kroncke's Addition to the <br />Village of Sun Prairie shall be known and described as Residential <br />Lots and shall be strictly used for residential purl)oses and no <br />structures shall be erected, altered, placed, or periitted to <br />remain on any said residential lot in said Plat other than one <br />detached single-family duelling, not to exceed two stories in uei'*L.t <br />and a private garage for not more tizam two cars. <br />(2). No building shall be erected, altered, -r_la.ceo, or <br />permitted to remain on any said residential lot less than tairty (30) <br />feet to nor more than fifty (50) feet from tiie front line of any <br />said residential lot, nor nearer than five (5) feet to any site line <br />of any said Residential Lot. The side line restriction shall not <br />apply to a garage' located eighty (80) feet or a: -ore from the front <br />line of any said Residential Lot, except that no.structure shall <br />be permitted on any corner Residential Lot nearer than ten (10) feet <br />to the side street line of any said Residential Lot. <br />(3). No said Residential Lot in said Plat shall be <br />subdivided into building lots having less than seventy-five hundred <br />(7500) square feet of area, or width less than fifty five (55) feet <br />(1) <br />
