<br />In the Village of Suri nairie, Dane County, Wisconsin,

<br />WHEREAS it is deemed.proper to impose upon the lots in said
<br />subdivision certain restrictions, reservations, limitations, and
<br />covenants hereinafter set forth for the benefit and protection of
<br />the owners, present and future, of the lots in said subdivision,
<br />NOW THEREFORE it is hereby declared and agreed that the
<br />following restrictions, reservations, limitations and covenants be
<br />and the same hereby are adopted and that all lots in said subdivision
<br />shall be subject thereto as follows, to -.wit.
<br />ARTICLE I
<br />These covenants are to run with the land and shall be binding
<br />on all parties and all persons claiming under them until January 1,
<br />1967, at which time said covenants shall beiautomatically extended
<br />for successive periods of 10 years unless by vote of a majority of the --
<br />then owners of the lots it agreed to change said covenants in whole
<br />or in part.

<br />Ifi the parties heretoi or any of them, or their heirs or
<br />assigns* shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants herein
<br />it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any real
<br />property situated in said development or subdivision to prosecute any
<br />proceedings at law'or in equity against the person or persons violating
<br />or attempting
<br />to violate any siuch Oovenant and either to prevent him or
<br />them From so doing or to recover'damages or other dues for such
