ARTICLE V VOL 156PAGE 23, <br />No residential structure shall be erected or placed on any <br />building plot, which plot has an area of less than 9800 square feet <br />or a width of less than 170 feet at the front building setback line, <br />ARTICLE VI <br />No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be carried <br />r <br />on upon any lot nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or <br />become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood, <br />ARTICLE VII <br />No trailers basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or other <br />outbuilding erected in the tract shall at'any time be used as a <br />residence temporarily or permanently, nor shall any structure of a <br />temporary character be used as a residence. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />No dwelling house shall be erected upon any lot in said sub- <br />division which, including a reasonable architect's fee, exclusive of <br />outbuildings shall cost or be of a value less than Three Thousand <br />Dollars ($3,000.00) on Lots numbered One (1) to Nineteen (19), both <br />inclusive, <br />in <br />Block numbered One <br />(1), <br />and Lots <br />numbered <br />One <br />(1), Two <br />(2)9 Five <br />(5), <br />Six (6), and Seven <br />(7) <br />in Block <br />numbered <br />Two <br />(2); <br />Thirty Five Hundred Dollars ($3500.00) on Lots numbered Three (3), <br />Four (4), Eight (8) Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11); Twelve (12), <br />Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen <br />(17), Eighteen (18)s Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-one (21), <br />Twenty-two (22) and Twenty -.three (23) in Block Two (2); Four Thousand <br />Dollars ($4000.00) on Lots numbered One (1) to_Six (6), both inclusive, <br />in Block numbered Three (3).
