No building shall be located closer than <br />10 feet to any side -property line or more than <br />15 feet to any side street line; the following <br />front line set backs shall apply: <br />a.. Dwelling structure -•-not less than 30 feet <br />nor more than 45 feet. <br />b. Detached garage ---the front thereof shall <br />be at least 10 feet behind the front of <br />the dwelling structure. <br />c.
