WHEREAS, Jerome J. Jones, the owner of the real estate hereinafter described, desires to file for record the plat of Quaker Heights, Town of Blooming Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin, and to have certain lots in said plat subject to certain restrictions; and WHEREAS, the boundaries of said plat are described as follows: Starting at a point at the intersection of the center line of Buckeye Road and the South line of the Southwest quarter of Section 9; thence North 41058t West 39.5 Feet, thence South 483 021 West 435.6 feet to an iron stake at South corner of Allis School grounds and the point of beginning of this description, thence from said starting point North 410 581 West 750 feet along southwesterly line of school property to an iron stake, thence North 480 029 East 435.6 feet along northwesterly line of school property to center line of Buckeye Road, thence North 420 021 West 872.3 feet along said center line to its intersection with center line of Monona Drive, thence South 250121 West 1198.5 feet to a point in the center of Monona Drive, thence 382.0 feet on a curve to the left of radius 956.5 feet whose long chord bears South 130449 West 380.0 feet to a point in the center line of Monona Drive and went line of NWi of NWi of Section 16, thence South 20169 West 381.0 feet along said center line to a point, thence South 10349 West 741.9 feet along said line to the southwest corner of NWj of NWJ of Section 16, thence North 890229 East 1319.8 feet along south line of said NWJ of NWJ to an iron stake at southeast corner of said NWJ of NWJ of Section 16, thence North 890221 East 60 feet to an iron stake, thence North 10481 East 1050.1 feet to an iron stake, thence North 410581 West 20.9 feet to the point of begin- ning; all in the NJ of the NWJ of Section 16 and in the SWC of the SWi of Section 9, Town 7 North, Range 10 East ( Town of Blooming Grove), Dane County, Wisconsin. Jones does hereby agree with future purchasers of lots in said plat of Quaker Heights that all deeds to lots in said plat (excepting Outlot A, Out -- lot B; Lot 1 of Block 1; Lots 4, 7, 8, 11 and 12 of Block 2; and Lots 7, 82 11 and 12 of Block 3) executed by him will be subject to the following restrictions: 1.
