ARTICLE VI VOL 221 PAGE13 <br />No residential structure shall be erected or placed on any <br />building plot which has a width of less than sixty (60) feet at <br />the front building set -back line except that a residential <br />structure may be erected on Lot sixty-nine (69) with its present <br />platted frontage. , <br />ARTICLE VII <br />No trailer, tent, shack, garage, barn or other outbuilding <br />erected in the plat shall at any time,be used as a residence' <br />temporary or permanent, <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />No dwelling house shall be erected upon any lot in said <br />subdivision which shall cost for construction or be of a value <br />not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). The ground <br />floor area of any structure exclusive of one-story open porches <br />and garages shall be less than 528 square feet in all cases, <br />ARTICLE IX <br />No building or buildings other than those presently located <br />within the plat shall be moved onto the plat or within the plat. <br />ARTICLE X <br />When sewer service is available to any lot in the plat, the <br />owner thereof shall connect his dwelling to the sewer and in no <br />event shall any outside toilets or privies be permitted. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be carried on <br />on any lot nor shall anything be done thereon which shall become <br />an annoyance or nuisance to any of the neighborhood. <br />
