<br />be.used for other than' residence purposes without written consent., of• the first party.
<br />(� 4.That for said period of .,twenty-five years no building previously erected elsewhere shall
<br />(e moved upon any lot in said plat.
<br />S.That for said period of twenty-five years' no more than one dwelling house shall be construct-

<br />ed on any lot in said plat -without the written consent of the first party.
<br />6.During said twenty-fiv,e year period it is agreed that no wind mill be constructed upon said
<br />lots or any lot in..said plat and that no barn or outhouse or garage shall be constructed upon
<br />said plat or any lot in the plat without written consent of the party of the first part as to
<br />its necessity and location.
<br />7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon.said lot shall be erected upon substantially
<br />the site indicated',for,the.,same upon the map.of said First and Second Additions to Shorewood j
<br />prepared by 0.C.Simonds and Company.
<br />Second: It is further understood and agreed that the party of theFirst-Part will,not latert
<br />than September"1,1924,construct,bn the street in front bf this lot,a road of concrete or macadam
<br />with tarviia filler,of a minimum width of -sixteen feet; this road to be paved at the expense of
<br />the party of the first part.* i
<br />It is f0ther understood and agreed that -the owner of this lot has a right of way to the
<br />lake on outlots two & three in Shorewood; the location of said right of way to be designated by
<br />party of the first part.
<br />-Third: Parties of the second'part,in consideration of the foregoing,hereby agrees to pay to
<br />the party of the first,part, in addition to the -payment aforesaid,the further sum of Twelve
<br />Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) at the time or times and in the manner following,to-wit; $75 or
<br />more each three months,commencing November 16,1923 all to be paid at the end of three years
<br />from date. 'With interest upon each of said deferred payments at the rate .of 6% per annum payable
<br />semi-annually;and further agrees to pay all taxes and assessments,general or special,which may
<br />be hereafter assessed or levied on the premises above described,previous to the day appointed'
<br />by or according to law for the sale of such -land -for taxes or assessments,the taxes for the
<br />Year 1923 to be paid by the parties of the second part;and parties of the second part further
<br />-agrees not to comms it of suffer to be committed any wasteJor damage uponsaid premises;
<br />Fourth: The times of payment above mentioned are of the essence of this agreement,and in case
<br />parties of the second part shall f ail to make any such payments at the time agreed on or within
<br />thirty days thereafter,or -shall fail to pay -the taxes or -assessments -as aforesaid, or shall other-
<br />wi.se breach this agreement,parties of the second part shall,at the option of the party of the

<br />first part,be deemed to, have abandoned arid,giver. up to the party of the first part all right, i
<br />title and interest in and to the above described p remises,and to -any payments which shall have
<br />been made hereunder and all the right of action upon or growing out of this agreement.
<br />iFifth; The covenants and agreements herein contained shall inure to the benefit of and be bind-
<br />ing upon the respective parties hereto,anJd their successors,heirs,personal representatives and
<br />assigns.

<br />sident and countersigned by its Secretary,and has caused to be affixed hereto its corporate
<br />seal,and parties of the second part has hereunto set their hands and sea,ls,this 16th day of
