<br />ever be erected or maintained upon any lot in sa;ld plat between the street lime: or street lines eont,:�-
<br />guous to the same and the line designated in said plat as building line,said building line to be thirty
<br />(30)feet from the street liner. 2. None of said lots shell be conveyed to,used, owned,nor occupl.ed by
<br />negroes as owner or tenant. 3. For a7. pariod of twenty-five years from October 1,1921, first party shall
<br />have the right to require plans for the exterior design of,any building or structure to be erected upon
<br />any lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by an expatt acceptable to first party.
<br />4. That for said period of twenty-fiv% years no building on any lot in said plat shall bo - used for other
<br />than residence purposes without written consent of the first party. 5. That for said period of twenty-
<br />five years no building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat. 6. That
<br />for said period of twenty-five years no more than one dwelling house shall be constructed on any lot
<br />in said pleat without the written consent of the first party. 7. During said twenty-five year period
<br />it is agreed that no wind mill be constructed upon said lots or any lot in said pleat and that no barn
<br />or outhouse or garage shall be constructed upon said lots or any lot in the plat without written consent
<br />of the party of the first part as to its necessity and location.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
<br />right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of,
<br />in and to the above bargained premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
