<br />. None of said lots shall be conveyed to,used, owppdonor occupied by negroes as_.
<br />owner or tenant.-2.For a period of twenty-fiv.e years from October 1,1921,first party shall have the
<br />right to require clans for the exterior design of any building or structure to be"erected upon any lot
<br />in said plat to be first submitted t,o and approved by an expert acceptable to first parte.
<br />3.That for said poriod of twenty-five years no building, on any lot in�lsaid plat shall be used for other
<br />than residence purposes without written consent of the first party. 4. That for said period of twenty-
<br />five years no building previously erected als.ewhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat. 5. That
<br />for said period of twenty-fiva years no more than one dwelling house shall be constructed on any lot is
<br />said plat without the written consent of the .first party. 6.During said twenty-five year period it is
<br />agreed that no wind mill be constructed upon said lots or any lot in said plea and that no barn or out-
<br />house or garage shall be constructed upon said plat or any lot in the plat without written consent of
<br />the party of the first part as to its necessity and location. 7.That the dwelling house to be erected
<br />upon said lot shall be erected upon substantially the site indicated for the sama upon the map of se,id
<br />First and Second Additions to Shorewood prepared by O.C.Simonds and Ccmpany . It is further understood
<br />and agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way to they lakde on Outlots Two(2)& Three(3)in
<br />Shorewood;the location of said right of way to be designated by party of the first part.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
<br />right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of,
<br />in and to the above bargained premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
