<br />North 66 degrees,<Ot minutes East 11.3 feet; Thenob Southeasterly
<br />108.6 feet; Thence Southwesterly 16 feet to the southwesterly
<br />line of Lot 5; Thence northwesterly along said line 109 feet to
<br />paint of beginning. Also, commencing at the northerly corner of
<br />Lot 6, Block 7; Thence South 75 degrees 41 minutes west 118.1
<br />feet along Lake Shore; Thence approximately south 10 degrees 19
<br />minutes East 101.4 feet along proposed Outlook Street; Thence
<br />southeasterly along the curve of the turn -around chose radius
<br />is 40 feet, approximately 31 feet; Thence approximately north 55

<br />water rights fronting on said property. The above described

<br />as' follows;
<br />Beginning at a point which is located south 75 degrees 41
<br />minutes Fest, 118.1 feet along lake shore from the northeast

<br />southeasterly along the curve of the turn -around whose radius

<br />East 96 feet; thence south epprox.imately 12 degrees East 12 feet;
<br />thence south 55 degrees West 168.6 feet - to turn -around; thence
<br />.'northeasterly along curve of tura-around approximately 12 -feet to
<br />point of beginning. Subject to the following restrictions;
<br />No dwelling shall be erected on any of the above described
<br />lots at a cost less than $3,500. The promisee roust not be sold
<br />or leased to persons of African blood -for a. period of twenty-
<br />five years. No intoxicating 1iquOrs shall be manufactured or
<br />sold on the premises.
<br />This deed is given to correct the description in deed
<br />recorded in 'Volume 344 of Deeds, page 301, Regist-er,of Deeds
<br />Office, Lane County, Wisconsin.
