<br />of College Hills, in said Village of Shorewood Hills,
<br />contract for which is in Edward L. Bogumill, and
<br />which lot is subject to mortgage to State Bank of
<br />Wisconsin in amount of 07,000.00; Lot la, Block 19'
<br />Replat of College Hills in said Village of Shorewood
<br />Hills, contract for which is held. by R. R. McKay;
<br />Lot 234, Replat of 4utlot B. Second Addition to
<br />Shorewood in said Village, contract for which is
<br />held by Frederick L. Browne; Lot 13, Block 1, Replat
<br />of College Hills in said Village of College Hills,
<br />contract for which is in Rueben Korb.

<br />following lands in Vane County, Wisconsin, by virtue
<br />of tax certificates which are ready for taking tax
<br />title hereby also assigning said certificates to
<br />party of second part:
<br />Lot 2 and 17, Block 6, Lots 13 and 17, Block 9
<br />and all of Blocks 13 and 14, Replat of College Hills,
<br />in the Village of Shorewood Hills, Dane County,
<br />Wisconsin.

<br />Also any and all land which the Eagle Heights Land Company
<br />now owns in the Village of Shorewood Hills and any and all claims,

<br />rights, eouities or interest of any nature which the Eagle Heights
<br />Land Company xray now have or may be entitled to in any real estate
<br />located in the Village of Shorewood Hills, it being the intention
<br />of party of the first part to convey and transfer to party of the
<br />second part any and all lands, equities or interests in land which
<br />it now owns and which have not herein or heretofore been specifi-
<br />cally conveyed.
<br />Together with the right of the party of the first part to
<br />enforce all reservations and restrictions which have been
<br />placed in its deeds heretofore made to any lands which are now
<br />within the Village limits of the Village of Shorewood Hills, j
<br />Wisconsin, provided, however, that if the party of the second
<br />part does not take action to promptly enforce such restricting j
<br />covenants against grantees of lands heretofore conveyed by party II
<br />of the first part the party of the first part reserves the right
<br />to take such action to enforce such covenants for the benefit of
<br />Its prior grantees. It being understood that such reservations
<br />and restrictions heretofore made are covenants running with the
