<br />to it paid by the said part y of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowl-
<br />edged, has given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by
<br />these presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
<br />part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate,
<br />situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:
<br />Lot seventy-two (72) of replat A, Shore Acres, town of
<br />Blooming Grove, according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />This deed is given subject to the following restrictions:
<br />First: That for a period of twenty-five (25) years from September 8th,
<br />1911, the porch or other line of structure erected on these premises11
<br />shall not be nearer than twenty -feet to any street abutting on these
<br />premises. !
<br />Second: That during said period of twenty-five (25) years no outbuild-
<br />ings of any kind shall be erected on these premises more than one:story
<br />in height.
<br />Third: That these premises shall not be sold, leased or conveyed to
<br />persons of African blood for a period of twenty-five (25) years from
<br />date thereof. i
<br />Fourth: No building shall be erected on these premises to cost less
<br />than Thirty --five Hundred ($3500.00) Dollars.

<br />appertaining; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party of the
