(c) No dwelling shall be erected or placed on said premises the actual cost of which shall be less than $2500.00. (d) The dwelling erected or placed on said premises shall be used for residence purposes only, and the architecture of said dwelling must first be approved in writing by the Lansing Addition Company. (e) Said premises shall not be sold, leased or conveyed by the. Buyer herein, or by the Buyer's heirs, assigns, lessees, grantees or successors in title, to any person who is not a Caucasian, and neither the premises herein described nor any improvements thereon shall be. occupied by anyone who is not a Caucasian.
