<br />confessed and acknowledged, have given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed
<br />and confirmed, and by these presents-do give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, allen,, convey and
<br />confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their .heirs and assigns fo:ever, the follow
<br />ing described real estate? situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:

<br />according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />The above described property is subject to the following restriction
<br />1.. No building shall be erected on the above described-premises nd;arer than
<br />twenty -fiver feet from the front line, nor nearer than ten feet fron the side line.
<br />2. No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or out buildig erected
<br />on said premises shall at any time be used as a residence.
<br />3. No building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved on t1,eI hove
<br />described premises,
<br />4. No building to be used as a residence shall be erected unless the actual
<br />cost of said building be not less that $2500.0O.
<br />5. Only members of the caucasian race shall- use or occupy any aw hangs;
<br />exoepting that this shall not prevent occupancy by domestic sorvartsof a
<br />different race employed by an owner or tenant° /
<br />Parties of the Second Fart agree to pay Parties of the First Part one -half (9 of the
<br />total cost of grading the whole of the street (according to the recorded plat) in front
<br />of the above described premises, if and when done by parties of the 'rst Part.

<br />appertaining; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim :o'r demand whatsoever, of the said parties
<br />of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of, in and to the above bargained
<br />premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.

<br />that the same are free and clear from all incumbrances whatever. .
