<br />consideration to it paidby the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,

<br />Dane County, Wisconsin, more specifically described as follows: Begin at a con-
<br />crete monument on the Southerly line of Arboretum Drive as shown on Wingra
<br />beach Plat, which monument marks the intersection of the 110.5 foot tangent
<br />bearing South 55 deg. 9' West and a curve of radius 160 feet, the long chord
<br />of which is 140,5 feet and bears South 29 deg. 5' West, such curve being the
<br />most Westerly curve on saidWingra Beach Plat; thence North 55 deg. 9' East
<br />42.4 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 39 deg. 51' East 160 feet to an iron
<br />pipe; thence South 36 deg. 44' West 54.2 feet to an iron pipe; thence South
<br />17 deg. 10' East 45.8 feet; thence at a bearing ,approximately North 80 deg.
<br />10' West about 188 feet to a point on the Easterly line Of Arboretum Drive,
<br />which point lies 30 feet South along the Easterly line of Arboretum Drive of
<br />the most Southerly monument of said Plat of Wingra Beach, said monument being
<br />the Southwe st end of the long chord used in determining the beginning of this
<br />description; thence Northerly and Easterly along the Easterly and Southerly
