No <br />building or any portion thereof shall be constructed closer than (20t) <br />feet from the front line of the above described lot or lots. <br />It is hereby made an express condition hereof that any owner of land in <br />Lake View place or any resident of Lake View Place shall be a proper <br />person to do or cause to be done, anything necessary and proper to en- <br />forge any or all'of the above restrictions. <br />
