<br />of Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of
<br />the highway which is 1282.5 feet west and 914.5 feet north 0 degrees 021 west from the
<br />Southeast corner of said Section 25, thence north 0 degrees 021 west 8205 feet- thence
<br />north 89 degrees 251 east 410 feet; thence south 0 degrees 021 east 82.5 feet,-"thence
<br />south 89 degrees 251 west 410 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The west thirty (30) feet of the above description being reserved for highway purposes.
<br />The whole lying in and being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE SE4). Section 25, Town 8 North, Range 9 East, and containing 776/100 acress
<br />now described as Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), Lake View Heights, Town of Westport,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />The above described property is subject to the following restrictions:
<br />1. No building shall be erected on the above described promises nearer than
<br />twenty- �i'ive feet from the front line, nor nearer than ten feet from the
<br />side line.
<br />29 No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or out building erected
<br />on said premises shall at any time be used as a residence.
