WARRANTY DEED <br />PIPER BROTHERS COMPANY, a Wisconsin Corporation, duly <br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the <br />State of Wisconsin, hereby conveys and warrants to B. A. BEACH, <br />of the Town of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, for the sum of <br />ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION the following parcel <br />of land in Dane County, Wisconsin, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point on the center line of Orchard Drive, <br />which point is 40 rods south of the intersection of the <br />centers of the public highways known as the Speedway Road <br />and Orchard Drive, said intersection being 664 feet west <br />of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of <br />Section 29, 'Sown 7 North, Range 9 East; Town of Madison, <br />Dane County, Wisconsin$ said starting point being the <br />Northeast corner of land now owned by grantee; thence west <br />at right angles to center line of said Orchard Drive 330 <br />feet along the north line of land now owned by grantee; <br />thence north 306.24 feet parallel with center line of said <br />Orchard Drive ;thence east at right angles to the said last <br />course 330 feet to center line of said Orchard Drive; <br />thence south along center line of said Orchard Drive to <br />place of beginning. <br />The foregoing is the same parcel, of land as that referred <br />to as LOTS TWO AND THREE BLOCK TWO, Oak Park Heights <br />Subdivision, the same being a proposed plat. <br />Said property is conveyed subject to the public rights of <br />way existing in the highway known as Orchard Drive. <br />Said premises are conveyed subject to the following <br />restrictionso Z <br />(a) The location of all buildings on premises are to be <br />approved by vendors. <br />
