VOL <br />PxE1 Q <br />owned or occupied by negroes as owner or tenant. <br />(c) For a period of twenty -five years from July 1, 1933, <br />the vendor shall have the right to require plans for the <br />exterior design of any building or structure to be erected upon <br />any lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by <br />the vendor. <br />(d) That for said period of twenty -five years no <br />building, or any lot in said plat shall be used for other than <br />residence purposes without written consent of the first party. <br />(e) Thgt for said period of twenty -five years no <br />buildings previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any <br />lot in said plat. <br />(f) No out building shall be constructed upon said <br />plat without the written consent of the undersigned, as to its <br />necessity and location. <br />(g) No intoxicating liruors shall be sold on said <br />premises for twenty -five years from July 1, 1933• <br />This conveyance is further made subject to the <br />zoning ordinance for Dane County. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Piper Brothers Company has <br />caused this instrument to be executed by Charles E.
